Tavia, From where are you? I'm going through that phase when chicken is my nos 1 solution. But I will get fed up from it in a few months. I love meat but not all types. Here in Malta on of favourite dishes is Rabbit meat! Poor rabbits I feel so guilty when I think of it! :(

Well, pork is my favorite, number 1. I also eat chicken but I kept a diet a few months ago and I was tired of chicken. I like fish better than chicken but the fish that I like is very expensive :)....so pork is my solution. At least here in my country people eat a lot of pork.

Sheila, Yeah do try that and tell me how you liked it! I totally hate veggies but in those fun cooking ways you wouldn't even know that it's those hateful veggies, and you would want more and more :)

Sheila, Yeah rabbits are really good! I know it's not a nice thinking of eating them, but I'm not a vegetarian! You have to try them if you ever come and visit!! In restaurants there's alot of Rabbit nights we call them cause it's Maltese favourite dish. They're cooked in wine and garlic! I'm feeling hungry with all this food mentioning!

I think the best diet is a sensible eating habit, and not even thinking of it as a diet. Meat is a great source of protein, but fruits and vegetables are a great source of fiber and antioxidants....it's good to include these in your food selections. Not liking fruit is almost as rare as not liking ice cream, yet there are people who really do not care for it.

I just wanted to say that muscle does not weigh more than fat! Everybody says that, but one pound of muscle weighs the same as one pound of fat, one pound. Muscle tissue is more dense than fat though, so it takes up less space.
